The Montblanc Heritage Collection 1914 is a tribute to the story of Montblanc. The variant in coral-red precious resin recalls the colors of the fountain pen from the 1920s.

The edition limit of 333 is a reference to the three founders of Montblanc. Both versions will be crowned with the Montblanc emblem in snow-white mother-of-pearl on the cap top. A special two-stage screw mechanism combines the complex filling process of a piston fountain pen with the pulling in and out of the solid 750 gold nib.

This nib affords a smooth writing sensation and, together with the triangular heart-shaped breather hole adds an elegant characteristic.

Looking back to the pioneering spirit of the early 20th century, the Montblanc Heritage Collection 1914 pays homage to the innovation and design legacy of one of Montblanc’s most important historical writing instruments, creating a contemporary reinterpretation.

Inspired by an early Montblanc writing instrument nicknamed ‘Goliath’ because of its formidable size as the largest safety filler pen ever created at the time, this imposing writing instrument was a milestone in the company’s history because it was the first to use the Montblanc emblem, the snowcap that is now an icon also beyond the world of writing culture.
