Shipping Policy

We provide ground UPS service from our facility in El Paso, Texas and generally will provide tracking information within 24-48 hours.  Orders received over the weekends, will be processed beginning on Monday.  Please note that if the product is shipping direct from the manufacturer, the processing time may be 3-4 working days.  Our UPS Ground rate is calculated at a substantially discounted rate due to our ‘high-volume’ discount.
