Andy Warhol is one of the most famous artists of the 20th century and a pillar of contemporary art. He is one of the rare artists to achieve legendary status during his own lifetime.
S.T. Dupont pays tribute to Andy Warhol, the celebrated figure of pop art, with a limited edition of ballpoints. The Marilyn Monroe ballpoint comes in a bright yellow, the same color as his portrait of her. His much repeated phrase, "In the future everybody will be world famous for 15 minutes", is inscribed on the cap and is signed with his signature. It is a limited edition of 1964 pieces, the same year in which he produced her portrait. This pen is #0362/1964.
The pen is brand new, vault kept and has never been on display. It comes complete with original boxes and documents.
