The Pilot Emperor Akihito Double Phoenix was created in 1990 in a small edition of only 1,200 creations for the entire world. This stunning creation commemorated the Inauguration of the Emperor Akihito in November 1990.

The signature on this creation is signed by master Maki-e artist Kyusai Yoshida. Information found in "Fountain Pens of the World" by Andreas Lambrou, page. 410.
