The collection "The Hanoverian" is the first series of writing instruments presented by Visconti, which addresses not only collectors of rare writing instruments but Horse lovers all around the world.

It is Visconti's tradition to symbolize historical periods, events and the persons having influenced them in special editions of pens; it is also a tradition to use classic materials and technologies out of the history of fountain pens.

The GIGOLO series is made of black Lucite, the barrel is covered with a shell of sterling silver showing the engraved portrait. The nib is made of 14k gold, partially rhodinated, so that only the Hanoverian brand appears in gold. The pen is filled by a piston mechanism. Clip and the trims are made of solid sterling silver.
